What can be expected for Transaction And Listing CoordinatinG?
A response within 2 hours during business hours. If something is expected to take longer, you will be notified right away.
Your client will see me as an extension to your team/brand as a Transaction Coordinator.
Communication will be prompt and effective.

What about vacations?
You will be made aware at the beginning of the transaction that your deal falls in the midst of a planned vacation.
During a planned vacation, you can expect a response within 4 hours. I may have limited phone service but will be monitoring my emails regularly.
Should I be overseas in a different time zone, this will be made aware upfront and expectations will be set before you hand me a deal.
If I am unable to attend to your needs or the transaction, we will re-evaluate the service fee for that transaction.
What about Holidays?
I will be “out of office” for these following dates:

4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday
Christmas Eve & Day
