What can be expected for Transaction And Listing CoordinatinG?

  • A response within 2 hours during business hours. If something is expected to take longer, you will be notified right away.

  • Your client will see me as an extension to your team/brand as a Transaction Coordinator.

  • Communication will be prompt and effective.

  • If you are looking to fill a Client Care role, I’d be happy to discuss your specific needs and create a custom service for you. Pricing will vary.


What about vacations? 

  • You will be made aware at the beginning of the transaction that your deal falls in the midst of a planned vacation.

  • During a planned vacation, you can expect a response within 4 hours. I may have limited phone service but will be monitoring my emails regularly.

  • Should I be overseas in a different time zone, this will be made aware upfront and expectations will be set before you hand me a deal.

  • If I am unable to attend to your needs or the transaction, we will re-evaluate the service fee for that transaction.


What about Holidays?

  • I will be “out of office” for these following dates:

  • New Years Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr Day

  • March 3rd-4th

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday

  • Christmas Eve & Day
