Hino Company

When I was younger I used to say my dream job was to be an executive/personal assistant - to know someone’s day to day operations better than they knew it themselves - to be someone’s right hand. For awhile there I thought Wedding Planning was the way to go... I was wrong (: so much so that I had my husband and our friend/officiant plan our wedding and I just pretty much showed up on the day of. 

But from 2014 to 2018, I had the privilege of working with a few of the top Real Estate agents in Grand Rapids, assisting each of them and helping them grow their individual and joint businesses. Over the span of 4 years, I processed over 500 real estate transactions. And in 2016 I got my license as a Real Estate Salesperson to operate as a licensed assistant. While pursuing my career in Real Estate, I also had the opportunity to work with a few non-profit organizations, filling in as the Administrative Assistant. I helped coordinate corporate events as well as provide general admin support. 

What I loved about my roles in Real Estate and the non-profit world was that I wasn’t just an executive assistant for 1 person or 1 company, or even just 1 industry. I got to assist multiple people, for different companies, in various industries. That’s when I decided to start my own company, in honor of my father’s dream to one day establish the “Hino Company”. In 2018, I decided to extend my services as a Virtual Assistant with an emphasis in Real Estate.
